One of the things I love about Yuletide is the opportunity to beta-read a lot of stories in a variety of fandoms. I think I've got a pretty good eye for story structure, cadence, and flow, and it's really satisfying to take a good story and help the author craft it into a superb story. I'm feeling grouchy lately. Part of this is no doubt due to my stupid body, which has decided to have multiple migraines within the last few days, and is not sleeping very well, and the fact that my running lately has been a vast morass of suckitude (also due to my stupid body). ( If you didn't know, I run a lot. )
